| All Data is automatically backed up daily and stored on disk in a physically separate server within the data center facility. The incremental backups allow Vindo to keep up to 5 revisions of every file within the backup allowing users to tap into a file revisions in the event of a disaster, accidental data loss, or security incident. |
| How does it work? |
| It adds a new network interface which you are working with as if you are working with direct internet connection. But your IP is different, and all traffic is encrypted and anonymous. |
| Is there a minimum time contract/commitment? |
| Our minimum billing cycle is 1 month. You can pay for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months in advance. You can also cancel at any time. We do not force you to sign a payment based contract and the minimum commitment is only your first monthly payment. |
| How soon will my account be set up and ready for use? |
| All payments must be completed before a hosting account will get set up, or before a domain name can be registered. | Accounts will be given a grace period of 5 days, if payment is not received within the grace period your account will be put on hold status and not be viewable online. There will be a 3 EUR reactivation fee. After 20 days your site will be deleted from our servers and you will need to re-signup for a new account.. |
